These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of MathCapture365 (the "App"), provided by yu ling ("we", "us" or "our"). By downloading, installing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
MathCapture365 is an offline formula editor designed to create and edit mathematical equations. The App operates locally on the user's device and is not required to connect to any remote server to perform core functions.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the App on devices that you own or control, solely for your personal or internal business purposes.
If the App offers in-app purchases or subscriptions, those purchases are governed by the App Store's terms and conditions, and by any subscription terms presented in the App. Purchases do not require account creation; purchasers can complete purchases as guest users unless they opt to create an account. If you choose to register an account for optional cloud or cross-device features, account creation is voluntary.
You agree not to use the App for any unlawful purpose, or in any way that violates these Terms or harms the App, its users, or third parties.
All intellectual property rights in the App, including but not limited to software code, user interface elements, documentation and trademarks, are owned by or licensed to yu ling. You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer or create derivative works of the App except as expressly permitted by these Terms or applicable law.
The App is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event will yu ling be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the App.
The App does not require account creation to use its primary features. If optional account features are offered, we will provide a straightforward method to delete your account and associated data. For this version of the App, no user accounts are created by default.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will provide notice in the App or by other reasonable means. Continued use of the App after changes constitute acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of People’s Republic of China, without regard to conflicts of law principles.
